TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PREN Kitchen will determine quantities of food based on headcount.   General portions for proteins and salads are roughly 1/3 lb. per person. PREN Kitchen will provide customers with exact quantities of each item to be provided once a preliminary head count has been established.   Final headcount is due four days prior to the event.
  2. Payment Terms are as follows: 25% deposit due upon placement of order.  25% due upon receipt of final headcount.  Final Balance due prior to delivery or pickup.   Initial deposits are refundable if event is cancelled more than one week before the scheduled event.  Any cancellations within 7 days of event will forfeit deposit.
  3. Pren Kitchen will provide paper plates, utensils and napkins unless otherwise requested.
  4. Tax and delivery fees (when applicable) will be added to final quote.
  5. Custom cakes must be ordered at least two weeks prior to event date.
  6. Chafing Dishes and Canned Fuel can be rented upon request.
  7. Pren Kitchen may use images of food prepared for your order for promotional purposes however any customized items (such as cakes) will not be made public without prior consent.
  8. All food will be prepared with the same quality of ingredients as served in the restaurant. PREN Kitchen does not substitute less ingredients due to the size of the order.
  9. PREN Kitchen will make every effort to accommodate and label all food for those who might have allergies however our kitchen does regularly use nuts, dairy, and eggs and guests with allergies must assess their own risk prior to consumption.
